For gowns and accessories that are to be ordered in for you:
A non negotiable non returnable 50% deposit is required for all gowns, veils or accessories that are to be ordered in for you, all other items are to be paid for in full at time of selection. Please note that gowns are made to order and are therefore considered as bespoke items. The balance becomes payable upon arrival of the gown with me.
Once a gown or accessory has been ordered for you cancellation is not possible except in very exceptional circumstances.
Those of you who are planning a diet - We cannot be held responsible for whether a gown will fit where you are planning a diet and we order in a gown (in signed agreement with you) smaller than you are currently wearing.
Those of you not planning a diet - When ordering a gown in for you, the size ordered will be in agreement with you and following bust, waist and hip measurements being taken and matched with size charts provided by the manufacturers – alterations may be required to perfect the fit on arrival – we cannot be held responsible for any weight fluctuation.
Alterations will be arranged at a mutually convenient time and will be charged for at the prevailing rate at the time.
The underwear you intend to wear with the gown must be purchased and be worn for ALL fitting appointments for alterations – no underwear no fitting. I reserve the right to charge for wasted time at £25.00 per hour.
Gowns must be collected promptly once any alterations have been completed, otherwise storage charges will become payable at £3.00 per day.
Payment may be made by cheque made payable to Bridal Heaven, cash or credit/debit card. Cheques must be cleared through the bank before any order is made to a manufacturer.

For gowns and accessories that are sale and end of range:
All end of range or Sale gowns are to be paid for in full at the time of selection.
All gowns are sold as seen, however, where a zip requires replacement or a repair is required this will be done free of charge.
Alterations and dry cleaning can be arranged at a mutually convenient time and will be charged for at the prevailing rate at the time.

In addition to our usual terms and conditions the following applies to the special offer voucher.
The voucher is valid for use by new visitors to Bridal Heaven only.
The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer that may be available at the time of your visit.
There will be no cash refund or further discount for the difference in price of your free item and the voucher value.
Only item will be supplied. 1 pair of shoes, 1 veil or 1 tiara.
The voucher is valid for July and August 2007 only.
The voucher is valid only for use with any purchase of a wedding gown over the value of £500.00, purchase of suit hire, accessories, jewellery, bridesmaids gowns etc is not included in the offer.
A 50% gown deposit must be paid in July or August 2007 to validate the voucher.
Presentation of the voucher means that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions of use.
The voucher has no monetry value.
