Bridal Heaven offers one to one private appointments to give you the individual attention you need to make one of the most important decisions you will make about your wedding. We aim to give you the absolute best service that you can expect, we will always try to make you feel special.

We are welcoming, friendly and honest, however, we are not image or style consultants and therefore can only offer our own opinion. For this reason we actively encourage you to bring someone along to your appointment who is unbiased and whose opinion you trust.

We truly feel that your bridesmaids and mums are just as important as the bride and groom and our service to you will reflect that.

In addition to wedding and bridesmaids gowns we can offer the following services:

Dry Cleaning – When you have worn your gown we are able to have it cleaned for you very competitively, you could save as much as 1/3 on high street prices.

Jewellery – We have a selection of pieces that may be to your taste and are able to order in anything else you may see and like from the catalogue.

Shoes – We have shoes by Katz and pure & precious some of which can be dyed to your requirements and we have just added the Paradox Pink range.

Veils – We supply a wide range of Veils and tiaras and are finding our made to order service is popular.

Complete Bespoke service – if when you have tried on a few of the gowns you cannot find what you are looking for, we are able to assist you in designing your own gown that will be as individual as you are. We are able to make it for you too, we can also make bridesmaids gowns, ties, cravats, waistcoats, mother of the bride/groom outfits, absolutely anything you may need that requires making up. Teri is an accomplished dressmaker (over 20 years experience) holding City & Guilds certificates in pattern cutting, bra making and Corsetry. We also have other dressmakers and craftspeople who excel in their field - If you need it we can probably get it done for you.

Complete alteration service – even if you have purchased your gown or bridesmaids gowns elsewhere we are able to alter them for you.

Gown storage – we are able to offer storage of your gown until you are ready to take it home.
